1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Aydel browser extension and the Aydel website (together, "Aydel"). Aydel is provided by Ronel Mor ("we", "us"). By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using the website.
2. What Aydel is
Aydel is a free browser extension that offers small playful interactions you can open while you wait for an AI service to respond. The website shows the playful interactions in Aydel and those still to come.
3. Not affiliated with AI services
Aydel works alongside third-party AI websites such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Aydel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those services or their companies. Their names are used only to describe what Aydel is designed for, and they belong to their owners. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
4. Your use of Aydel
You may use Aydel for your own personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Aydel, except where an open-source licence included with the extension explicitly permits it;
- use Aydel in any way that violates applicable laws or the terms of the AI services you use;
- interfere with the extension or the website, or attempt to bypass security or usage restrictions.
5. Playful interactions
We may add, change or remove playful interactions at any time. Those listed as "Soon to be released" are plans, not promises.
6. Advertising
The website may show advertising. Ads may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for those websites or their products.
7. Privacy
How the Aydel extension and the Aydel website handle information is described in their privacy policies.
8. No warranty
Aydel is provided free and "as is". We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or compatible with any website. You are responsible for your use of AI services and for your own work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Aydel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
